High Noon and other mistakes...
The left continues its assault on "W" and his foreign policy, now coining the ever catchy phrase "high noon" to try and
portray Bush's strategy as that of a cowboy and of course to reinforce the idea that he's just a Texas cowboy they've claimed
for years.
Take a hint, libs. People LIKE cowboys. The difference between liberals and conservatives is like comparing Woody Allen
and John Wayne. People like Wayne better.

Perspective
Horrible horrible disaster in Iran...killing between 9 and 10 times as many folks as were killed on 9-11. No political
statement here..just an observation.

9th Circus at it again....
Osama Bin Laden has nothing on the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals when it comes to hating America....and unfortunately,
the court has more access to the instituions that made this country great.
Today, they are attempting to remove the phrase "Under God" from the pledge of allegiance...all the while being sworn
to uphold a document that ends with the words "in the year of our Lord, Seventeen Eighty Seven" right before the signers'
signature lines.
Take a hint 9th circus....the signers knew what they were signing and that Lord referred to ain't Allah or a tree...or
even your inner self.

Schayes wimpier than I expected.....
No one has ever accused Connecticut Congressman Chris Schayes of being overly-masculine. In fact, it is reported that
he had a successful testosterone by-pass operation years ago.
But he reallly got his lace panties in a wad this week by slamming the administration for "being irresponsible" for encouraging
people to go on about their holiday plans as normal...and himself said he would not be involving himself in any gala and hoopla
and encouraged others to stay away from Time Square.
That's OK Kris...you won't be missed...there will be plenty of women there anyway.

Too much Kwaanza?
As if we needed more proof that many in the Civil Rights movement, etc, have NO intentions of ever getting along...check
this out: Bank of America recently tried to earn their corporate PC-tolerance brownie points (intended) by running
a gift card campaign to promote Kwaanza.(the roughly 30 year old holiday posing as an ancient African tradition.)
And now, the Charlotte, NC black community has thanked the bank by criticizing them very publicly for trying to
turn this "sacred spiritual" time into a commercial happening. It's bad enough that local TV stations (in almost every
market in the country) always do big news stories about the six or seven people who celebrate the thing anyway.
Bank of America would have been better served to have ignored it.

"Meat the Press"
The American media...which sometimes seems to move as a single headed amoeba...is all eaten up with Mad Cow disease...despite
the fact that the infected aminal is a dairy cow which was later ground up for non-meat products. The chance
of this becoming a human health issue is roughly the same of being offered Merlot at your nearby McDonalds.
Just a hunch, but issues like whether or not Paki President Muscharaf is assassinated (thereby turning Pakistan into
a new Afghanistan overnight) is much more crucial to future American health than is this Mad Cow episode. But hey, no way
to economically damage American corporations with the Muscharaf story.........

Only in America.....
Michael Jax...only in America can a poor black boy grow up to be a rich white woman....but I don't think the red lip
stick did him that much PR good last night in the interview.
Meanwhile, on his conversion to Muslim...it was overheard that it would be a "much more seamless" transition to the Catholic
priesthood. (I repent for that one!)

Spoke too soon....
Literally minutes after an email convesation with a confidante on talk radio... discussing the fact that Rush thrives
in part because his guest hosts are so strong....today's show commences with the non-talented Mark Belling (and that
irritating "sconcin" accent) sitting in as sub. Today is time for the Jim Rome show....

New entitlement? Gimme a break...
In defending union landscapers' right to get paid for maintaining a Pennsylvania school that was forced to call
in volunteers to actually do the work...a union thug fire chief defiantly told ABC's John Stossel that the volunteers
"had no right" to come in and mow the grounds and that the landscapers "were entitled to their job and their pay" whether
or not they did the work.
Now let me get this straight....folks in Pennsylvania do not have the right to try to contain a fire in their own
house or business...but need to let the entitled union thugs come take care of it. And if the fire fighters are as timely
as the landscapers....the whole state will go up in flames! Which, considering how they vote up there.......
(Sorry PA...you have voted yourself this leftist state....now you're reaping the fruits of your ballots.)

Which is it, Juan?
Juan Williams, the NPR commentator who regularly appears on Fox News Sunday, is rarely accused of excess logic. He stepped
in more intellectual doo doo Sunday by proclaiming the Supreme Court his "2003 Winner of the Year" (for their work on
affirmative action) and then seconds later declared Jayson Blair, the discredited reporter from the discredited NY Times...his
"2003 Loser of the Year" for being exposed as the fraud he is.
Juan, I hate to bring logic into this, but the Blair incident proves what the logical among us have always stated...that
affirmative action is bad for all parties involved.
The logic you displayed makes one wonder under what circumstances YOU were hired....because after all, Blair proved that un-qualified
minorities get hired as a result of AA. But then again...at NPR...you probably seem logically qualified.
